The Santal is a 448-unit luxury, garden-style multifamily community located on a 40.57-acre site in the Barton Creek neighborhood of Austin, Texas. Stratus developed the community in two phases, with the first phase beginning January 2015 and second phase in September 2017. In December 2021, Stratus closed the sale of The Santal for $152 million ($339K/unit) resulting in a pre-tax gain of sale of $83 million.
