Parkside Village

Project Description

In a second phase of the Circle C development, Stratus commenced construction in 2011 for Parkside Village, an approximately 90,000 square-foot neighborhood shopping center, which today is anchored by Alamo Drafthouse. Construction of the retail center began in February 2011 and the final phase was delivered in January 2014. The development was sold in July 2015 for $32.5 million, resulting in a pre-tax gain on sale of $13.6 million.
