Oaks at Lakeway
Project Description
In 2014, Stratus developed the Oaks at Lakeway, a 230K square foot H-E-B-anchored mixed-use development in the heart of Lakeway, Texas. The project began with an 83-acre assemblage of 9 different tracts of land. Approximately 40 acres of frontage along 620 were developed into 231K square feet of inline retail space, four retail pads and one hotel pad. Construction commenced in October 2014, and the project was delivered on-schedule and on-budget in the Fall of 2015. Stratus sold The Oaks at Lakeway retail center in February 2017 for $114 million, generating a pre-tax gain on sale of $39.7 million.
