Project Description

Holden Hills luxury residential development located on approximately 500 acres in the scenic hills of Barton Creek. With a core focus of wellness and sustainability, each residence is designed in collaboration with local architects and Austin’s leading building science engineers to maximize indoor air quality and minimize energy and water use. The biophilic design of the community will emphasize connection to nature through the inclusion of indoor/outdoor spaces, thoughtfully landscaped private courtyards, communal gathering points, and a robust trail system that will connect to the Barton Creek Greenbelt. In partnership with a strategic investor, Stratus commenced phase I of the project in March 2023 to develop the regional infrastructure.
